Jainik is a Business Intelligence Global Talent Fellow at Open Avenues, where he works with students leading projects in Business Intelligence and Data reporting.
Jainik is a Business Intelligence/Data Engineer at Businessolver where he works on Engaging with product managers, data scientists and business stakeholder to help drive organization decision-making and recommendations for the
product innovation. Further developing scalable and automated data process to improve customer-facing reporting and streamline data operation by using AWS Athena and BI tool. Jainik has 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence
field.Previously, he worked on automating data process and helping upper management answer business related questions using BI tools He holds a Master’s degree in Informatics with concentration in Data Analytics.

In her current role as Product Manager at Hopper, Adi is establishing a brand new business in the corporate travel industry. She has led global cross-organizational projects and products from ideation to implementation over the
past 13 years in various industries. She holds an MBA specializing in Human-Computer Interaction and Big Data Project Management and a BA in Psychology.
It’s a fun fact about Adi that she lived in the Netherlands for three years and has never seen Game of Thorns (it’s still on her “to-do” list).
