We partner with U.S. Colleges and Universities to design and build industry-driven projects for underrepresented student populations in STEM and business.
Students apply for paid, 6 to 8-week company challenges led by Open Avenues Global Talent Fellows. Participating students receive guidance from industry professionals, exposure to hiring companies, and work experience to add to their resume and portfolio.
Students sign up for self-paced industry projects led by Open Avenues Build Fellows. Participating students receive guidance from industry professionals, exposure to hiring companies, and work experience to add to their resume and portfolio.
1:1 Sessions
Students can register for 1:1 sessions with industry leaders, participate in interview simulations, and receive career coaching in their area of interest.
In Class Projects
In order to bring curricula to real life, Open Avenues industry professionals work with professors to strengthen the syllabus.
Industry Events
Students can attend panels, speed-networking events, and career workshops with experts in their field of interest.
Bootcamps
8-week introductory courses on Python with orientation to Business or Science. Students access a course in DataCamp and attend weekly live sessions delivered by industry professionals.
Credit Based Projects
Open Avenues industry professionals work with instructors to build projects that meet class or capstone requirements and students get credit for completion.
