Pavel Shteling is a Business Intelligence Global Talent Fellow at Open Avenues, where he works with students leading projects in Business Intelligence.

Pavel is a Salesforce/Data Administrator at Ampion PBC where he works on configuring and customizing the Salesforce platform, managing user access and security, creating reports and dashboards, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring
data integrity. Developing and implementing new features and automations for organizational needs and leads Data Governance initiatives.

Pavel has 3 years of experience with Salesforce. He holds a Master's degree in Business Analytics.
