Danila Blanco Travnicek has over ten years of experience in the nonprofit sector. She has managed and led programs with social impact in Latin America, Europe and Asia. She is a Professor at the University of Buenos Aires and an educator at diverse non-formal education spaces.
Before joining Open Avenues, she worked as a Project Manager and Strategy Consultant. Moreover, she cofounded and runs EduStorm, an education nonprofit. While she works mostly with women, youth and vulnerable populations, her main topics are leadership, interculturality, digital transformation, entrepreneurship, project management and innovative education. Some of the organizations that she has worked with are Teach For All Argentina, Youth For Understanding Finland and Vietnam, Innova Schools Perú, Ada ITW, Global Partners and Somos Red.
Danila received her B.A in Business Management in the University of Buenos Aires and has specialized in Education (Master's in Teaching - University Austral) and Nonprofit Management (Master's in Nonprofit Management - University of San Andrés). Also, she has been selected for different scholarships to study and live abroad, mainly in Finland (YFU 2012), China (Chamber of Commerce 2017), and the United States (Friends of Fulbright 2016 and Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative 2022).
