Mazvita Maboreke

Mazvita Maboreke is a Human Resources Analyst at Open Avenues Foundation. In her role, she leads initiatives that foster team development, professional growth, and a positive organizational culture. She focuses on designing and implementing programs around training, onboarding, team-building, and employee recognition—helping to cultivate a workplace that is both supportive and high-performing.

Originally from Zimbabwe, Mazvita brings four years of experience across customer service, administration, and finance. She has worked in both Zimbabwe and Poland, offering her a global perspective and strong cross-cultural communication skills.

She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Economics and Human Sciences, earned in 2023. Her academic foundation, combined with hands-on experience in people-centered roles, enables her to bridge organizational goals with employee wellbeing in a thoughtful and strategic way.
