As Program Manager at Open Avenues Foundation, Allie Needham shapes education initiatives that connect global talent with university students through experiential, project-based learning opportunities. She partners closely with Fellows, academic institutions, and internal teams to strengthen program quality, collaboration, and impact across the Fellowship experience.
Prior to joining Open Avenues, Allie led community‑based education and workforce development initiatives supporting non‑native English speakers and internationally trained professionals across Colorado. She served on Colorado’s Office of New Americans Global Talent Task Force (2023) and helped advance statewide efforts such as the Colorado Works for International Physicians Program, contributing to more equitable pathways for internationally trained doctors to reclaim their medical careers. Across her work, she brings a strong foundation in leading diverse teams, designing impactful programs, and building strategic cross‑sector partnerships.
Allie’s commitment to equity, global talent inclusion, and meaningful learning has shaped her professional and academic endeavors.
