Bastian is a Business Management Build Fellow at the Open Avenues Foundation, where he works with students leading projects in Business Management.

Bastian is a Growth Marketing Lead at Workstream, where he focuses on driving strategic growth strategies across email, search engine marketing and other digital marketing channels.

Bastian has over 13 years of experience in the Business Management field. He has built companies on 3 continents, and been an early employee at success stories such as Groupon, Rocket Internet and Zalora.

He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

A fun fact about Bastian is that I’m obsessing with studying the science of happiness.
