Anjanei Dhayalan

Anjanei Dhayalan is a Natural Sciences Global Talent Fellow at Open Avenues, where he works with students leading projects in Biotechnology and Drug Development.

Anjanei is a Technical Operations Manager at Synthego Corporation he works on scaling and sustaining the operations of Synthego's GMP and RUO quality single guide RNA (sgRNA).

Anjanei has Seven years of experience in Biotech in various capacities and functions. In his career, Anjanei has played key roles in scientific innovation, Operational excellence, and cross-functional leadership, contributing to impactful projects such as scaling a SARS-CoV-2 vaccine production by 900% to managing projects and research focused on encapsulating proteins for anti-cancer therapies using novel mechanisms.

He holds a Master's in Drug Development and Product Management from UC San Diego.
