Alessio Graniello is a Manufacturing Engineering Fellow at the Open Avenues Foundation, where he works with students leading projects in manufacturing engineering and production line design.
Alessio is a Manufacturing Engineer at Andersen Windows & Doors, where he focuses on developing and optimizing aluminum window production processes, improving manufacturing efficiency, and supporting new production line setup initiatives. He also works on safety projects involving the enhancing of assets under conditional use permits and troubleshooting aluminum fabrication centers to ensure reliable and efficient operations.
Alessio has more than three years of professional experience in the manufacturing and process engineering field. Throughout his career, he has specialized in lean methodologies, process optimization, and safety-driven continuous improvement within large-scale aluminum production environments.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Arizona State University.
A fun fact about Alessio is that he has lived in four different countries and enjoys golfing, snowboarding, and working out in his free time.
