Teena Minhas is a Market Research Fellow at OAF. Teena has over 14 years of experience in digital marketing.

With a fervor for working with both startups and major corporations, and a belief in the transformative power of content marketing in the digital world, Teena leverages vast experience from Information Technology Enabled Services
and Telecom sectors, having led impactful projects at companies like Accenture and Kyndryl and significantly boosting sales at Knowlarity, complemented by her MBA in Marketing.

Teena has a degree in business administration with a major in Marketing.

Fun fact: Every Friday, Teena hosts book reading sessions with her former colleagues, and they love exchanging book recommendations – a testament to her love for networking and reading!

Jessy Dienemann

Jessy Dienemann is a Market Research Global Talent Fellow at Open Avenues, where she works with students leading projects in Market Research.

Jessy is an Account Manager at Rokt, an e-commerce technology company, where she works on driving value for European clients and helping the company grow their presence in the EMEA markets. Jessy has 3 years of experience in various
fields of marketing, including market research, real estate marketing and advertising.

She holds a degree in International Management from Pace University, NYC.

A fun fact about Jessy: The first song she ever learned to play on the guitar when she was 7 years old, was T.N.T by AC/DC.

Daire Boylan

Dáire Boylan is a Market Research Global Talent Fellow at Open Avenues, where he works with students leading projects in market research.

Dáire is a Solutions Lead at Vaultree where he works on sales, marketing, and business development. Dáire has several years of years of experience in market research.

He most recently worked for the Trade Development and Venture Capital Arm of the Irish Government as a Business Development Manager. Here he was responsible for the growth, commercialization, and scaling of portfolio companies
in the US market. Dáire worked specifically in the connectivity ecosystem, covering telecommunications, IoT, electronics, AR/VR, and sports-technology companies.

Dáire holds a degree in Business Studies.

A fun fact about Dáire: he speaks the Irish language (Gaeilge), is one of six children, and has played competitive sports all of his life.
