Dhruv is a Market Research Build Fellow at Open Avenues, where he works with students leading projects in Marketing and Campaign Analytics,

Dhruv is a Sr. Marketing Campaign Analyst at NaviStone, where he focuses on leading Marketing Analytics for the firm, along with Marketing Data Science and building real time measurement solutions in collaboration with Product and Engineering. Dhruv also works with internal client consultants to understand the needs of the client and provide them robust data solutions.

Dhruv has over 8 years of years of experience in the Data Analytics and Market Research field. Dhruv has worked in various industries ranging from Insurance to Consumer-Packaged goods. Dhruv has led projects with CPG companies and has helped them gain Market share using Data Analysis.

He holds a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering and a Master of Science in Marketing Analytics from Bentley University, Waltham.

A fun fact about Dhruv is that he runs Flying Pig Marathon in Cincinnati. He’s also passionate about Table Tennis, soccer and cricket.

Saud is an Global Trade Development Manager at SSR International LLC, where he focuses on managing international and global trade operations for the scrap metal export business.

Saud has over 14 years of experience in the FMCG, market research, and brand management field. He has held diverse roles across industries, bringing both strategic insight and operational depth to every project he leads.

He holds a BBA and MBA.

A fun fact about Saud is that he closely follows emerging tech trends and enjoys understanding how they shape consumer behavior and everyday life.

Ayush Agrawal

Suchi is a Market Research Build Fellow at Open Avenues Foundation, where she works with students leading projects in healthcare marketing, market research methodologies, and strategic insights generation for life sciences.

Suchi is a Clinical Engagement Lead at DocMatter, where she focuses on driving meaningful interactions between healthcare professionals and medical experts, facilitating peer-to-peer knowledge sharing, and supporting clinical decision-making by aligning stakeholder engagement with business goals.

Suchi has over 12 years of experience in the Healthcare Marketing field. She has held roles across market research companies and health-tech organizations, working in brand strategy, competitive intelligence, market access, and digital engagement. Her work spans both US and global markets, and she has collaborated with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful healthcare communication and commercial strategies.

She holds a Bachelor of Dental Surgery and an MBA with a focus on Marketing.

A fun fact about Suchi is that she’s an avid traveler and loves exploring local cuisines in her free time.

Salman Yousuf

Salman Yousuf is a Digital Marketing and Paid Advertising Strategist Build Fellow at The Build Fellowship, where he works with students leading projects in Paid Advertising, Google, Meta Marketing, Linkedin, Tiktok and Digital Entrepreneurship.

Salman is a Digital Marketing and Paid Advertising Strategist who focuses on leading and mentoring student teams in creating, analyzing, and optimizing online advertising campaigns with a strong focus on ROI measurement. His tasks include guiding students in data visualization, developing performance dashboards, structuring comprehensive ROI reports, and applying advanced optimization strategies. He also oversees final capstone projects, ensuring practical application of learned concepts and effective presentation of results.

Salman has over a decade year of experience in the tech and advertising fields. He is a serial entrepreneur, having risen to COO of an IT Company in Pakistan and later serving as COO at Zionix Technologies Ltd in the London UK. He is known for his strategic vision, innovative mindset, and data-driven decision-making, leveraging analytics to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
He holds a master’s degree in Marketing and Advertising.

A fun fact about Salman is that despite his work revolving around laptops and metric analysis – a very stationary role, Salman has a deep passion for travel, learning new languages and exploring diverse cultures. One day, he hopes to create and launch the world’s most innovative and comprehensive travel platform, one that specifically empowers and inspires solo travelers from South Asia.

Teena Minhas

Teena Minhas is a Market Research Fellow at OAF. Teena has over 14 years of experience in digital marketing.

With a fervor for working with both startups and major corporations, and a belief in the transformative power of content marketing in the digital world, Teena leverages vast experience from Information Technology Enabled Services
and Telecom sectors, having led impactful projects at companies like Accenture and Kyndryl and significantly boosting sales at Knowlarity, complemented by her MBA in Marketing.

Teena has a degree in business administration with a major in Marketing.

Fun fact: Every Friday, Teena hosts book reading sessions with her former colleagues, and they love exchanging book recommendations – a testament to her love for networking and reading!

Jessy Dienemann

Jessy Dienemann is a Market Research Global Talent Fellow at Open Avenues, where she works with students leading projects in Market Research.

Jessy is an Account Manager at Rokt, an e-commerce technology company, where she works on driving value for European clients and helping the company grow their presence in the EMEA markets. Jessy has 3 years of experience in various
fields of marketing, including market research, real estate marketing and advertising.

She holds a degree in International Management from Pace University, NYC.

A fun fact about Jessy: The first song she ever learned to play on the guitar when she was 7 years old, was T.N.T by AC/DC.

Daire Boylan

Dáire Boylan is a Market Research Global Talent Fellow at Open Avenues, where he works with students leading projects in market research.

Dáire is a Solutions Lead at Vaultree where he works on sales, marketing, and business development. Dáire has several years of years of experience in market research.

He most recently worked for the Trade Development and Venture Capital Arm of the Irish Government as a Business Development Manager. Here he was responsible for the growth, commercialization, and scaling of portfolio companies
in the US market. Dáire worked specifically in the connectivity ecosystem, covering telecommunications, IoT, electronics, AR/VR, and sports-technology companies.

Dáire holds a degree in Business Studies.

A fun fact about Dáire: he speaks the Irish language (Gaeilge), is one of six children, and has played competitive sports all of his life.
