Zixuan Guo

Zixuan is a Law Build Fellow, where she works with students leading projects in securities laws and regulations.

Zixuan is an Associate at VCL Law LLP, where she focuses on capital markets and corporate transactions, including IPOs, SPACs, de-SPAC mergers, and PIPE offerings.

Zixuan has over three years of experience in capital markets. She advises issuers, underwriters, and investors on U.S. securities laws, cross-border corporate structuring, and exchange listing requirements.

She holds a J.D. degree from George Washington University Law School.

A fun fact about Zixuan is that she enjoys growing plants at home. She cares for more than thirty pots, ranging from large leafy greens and succulents to carnivorous varieties.

Yuqi Sun

Yuqi Sun is a Securities Attorney Build Fellow at Open Avenues Foundation, where she works with students leading projects in Securities Law.
Yuqi is an Associate Attorney at VCL Law LLP, where she focuses on corporate law and capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings of domestic and foreign companies in the United States, SEC regulatory compliance, and related due diligence.

Yuqi has over 1 year of professional experience in the corporate law and capital markets field. She has been involved in multiple cross-border IPOs and securities offerings, advising clients on SEC filings, disclosure requirements, and transaction structures.

She holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.

A fun fact about Yuqi is that she is an animal lover.

Pammely Correa Florez

Pámmely is a Law Build Fellow at the Open Avenues Foundation, where she works with students leading projects in international law and human rights advocacy.

Pámmely is an International Lawyer at C&E Abogados S.A.S, where she advises clients on complex legal matters—including international human rights law, administrative law, and constitutional claims—conducts legal research and prepares submissions for potential cases before international bodies such as the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (IACHR), and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to develop advocacy strategies for high-impact human rights cases.

She has over eight years of professional experience in the legal and policy field. She has worked as a criminal lawyer, legislative director, and human rights researcher. She has led advocacy projects on transitional justice, prison reform, and the rights of armed conflict victims in Colombia, and has contributed to international legal research and case preparation before bodies such as the IACHR.

She holds an LL.M. in International Legal Studies from New York University (NYU), a Specialization in Criminal and Criminological Sciences from Universidad Externado, and dual degrees in Law and Business Administration from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.

Outside of her legal work, Pámmely enjoys sharing her Colombian culture—especially through salsa dancing and inviting others to discover Colombian cuisine. She also loves traveling, trying new foods from different countries, and is currently learning Portuguese and teaching herself how to roller skate.

Nkechi Nnachetta

Nkechi Nnachetta is a Law Build Fellow at Open Avenues, where she works with students leading projects in the legal field.

Nkechi previously worked as a bankruptcy lawyer at Glast, Phillips & Murray, where she focused on conducting legal research and drafting pleadings for bankruptcy proceedings.

Nkechi has over a year of experience in the legal field.

She holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) in Bankruptcy from St. John’s University School of Law, a Juris Doctor (J.D..) degree from Georgetown University Law Center, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Political Science from the University of Indianapolis.

A fun fact about Nkechi is that she is an avid crocheter.

Alexandre Parrinello

Alexandre is a Law Fellow at Open Avenues, where he collaborates with students to lead projects focused on private fund legal due diligence.

Alexandre is a Senior Law Clerk at Elvinger US, where he focuses on Luxembourg investment fund structuring and cross-border regulatory work.

Alexandre has over eight years of legal experience, including seven years focused on investment funds. He is admitted to practice in Luxembourg, was previously admitted in Paris, and spent two years as an in-house lawyer within the asset management arm of a Swiss private bank.

He holds a master’s degree in business law, and a master’s degree in theory and practice of litigation from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.

Alexandre’s ideal evening is a French bistro, a good bottle of wine, and a book of poetry.
