Vivi Ye is a Computer Science Build Fellow at Open Avenues, where she works with students leading projects in computer science.
Vivi is a full-time software engineer at Citadel, where she focuses on building treasury trading systems and portfolio optimization tools. Her work involves designing and implementing high-performance systems, and developing tools to enhance capital efficiency and risk management.
Vivi has three years of professional experience in the computer science field, with a strong focus on financial technology and quantitative systems. She has experience working on large-scale distributed systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust trading solutions.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree and a Master of Engineering degree from Cornell University.

Arun Ganesan
Arun Ganesan is a Computer Science Build Fellow at Open Avenues, where he works with students leading projects in Computer Systems Engineering/Architecture. Arun is also a software consultant at Odin Systems, where he focuses on leading and supporting software projects.
Arun has over 8 years of experience working in startups and the tech industry in the SF Bay Area. Starting as a programmer, he fell in love with design and applies his passion for design, product, and engineering to create complex software for industries such as healthcare, education, and energy.
He holds an MBA with a focus on Startups and Venture Capital, a master’s in Human-Computer Interaction, and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Computer Engineering with a focus on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
Outside of work, when he’s not making someone laugh or brooding/reading in a dark room, he’s prone to being inspired and possessed by random, meaningless pursuits—like hiking cinder cones barefoot for no real reason.

Rajesh Francis is a Software development, Computer Fellow at Open Avenues, where he works with students leading projects in field of software development.
Rajesh is an IT Director at full-time employer at Eclipse Advantage. where he works on Defining the IT roadmap for the company and executing org level IT initiatives and architecting all IT Projects. Rajesh has 24 years of experience in Business Application development and delivery. He has extensive experience in developing business solutions for Retail, Finance, HR, Learning and logistic industry. He holds a degree in Bachelor of computer applications.
A fun fact about Rajesh: He loves trekking and cycling.
Parug Demircioglu
At Open Avenues, Parug works with students leading projects in Computer Science as a Global Talent Fellow.
Parug is the Lead Engineering Architect and CEO at Invemo LLC, where he focuses on leading an international engineering team, collaborating with startups and corporate companies on innovative technology solutions, and driving strategic decisions for software development projects.
Parug has over 20 years of professional experience in the technology field. He began his career by learning programming independently as a student, later creating the most visited website in his country. Since founding Invemo in 2005, he has worked with media conglomerates, telecom operators, and international companies like Samsung and Philips.
He holds a degree in Computer Engineering.
A fun fact about Parug is that, despite his wife being a national gymnast and his 2-year-old daughter easily doing front rolls, he still can’t manage a simple front roll to save his life!

Now based in the United States, Jorge specializes in data engineering, database design, and AI integration, helping organizations transform information into intelligent decisions.
