Deepthi Peri

Deepthi is a Computer Science Build Fellow at Build Foundation, where she works with students leading projects in natural language processing and product design.

Deepthi is the Head of Product at Tassel, where she focuses on building intuitive, accessible tools that power graduation ceremonies—from registration and ticketing to AI-driven name pronunciation and guest support.

Deepthi has over 8 years of experience in the technology field. She has led cross-functional teams, launched large-scale SaaS products, and specializes in user-centered design for complex, high-volume workflows.

She holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Virginia Tech, with a focus on natural language processing.

Ayush Baid

Ayush Baid is a Computer Science Build Fellow at Open Avenues Foundation, where he works with students leading projects in the intersection of computer science and robotics.

Ayush is an Autonomy Engineer at Skydio, where he focuses on inspection and mapping products for drones. Ayush has over 6 years of experience in the Software Engineering field. Before Skydio, he has worked at Goldman Sachs and Amazon on backend systems. Ayush holds a Masters in Computer Science, and a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering.

A fun fact about Ayush: he is a soccer fan and is excited about the world cup 2026 which is hosted in North America

Peter Stukalov

Peter Stukalov is a DevOps & Site Reliability Engineering Build Fellow at Open Avenues Foundation, where he works with students leading projects in cloud infrastructure, automation, and GitOps practices.

Peter is a Senior DevOps Engineer at PayGears Corporation, where he designs and maintains a fault-tolerant Open Banking platform that has delivered 100 % service uptime for three consecutive years while meeting PCI DSS and SOC 2 standards through rigorous security automation.

Peter has over 15 years of experience in the DevOps/SRE field. Across fintech, manufacturing, e-commerce, and cybersecurity domains, he has built and scaled mission-critical systems, mentored engineering teams, and championed Infrastructure-as-Code and GitOps methodologies.

He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the Moscow State Institute of Radio Engineering.

A fun fact about Peter is that he spends his weekends experimenting with high-power lasers and 3-D-printing custom optical hardware for side projects.

Xinyi Chen

Xinyi Chen is a Computer Science Global Talent Fellow at Open Avenues, where she works with students leading projects in VR and web development.

Xinyi Chen is a Co-founder and Software Engineer at Pixeland Technologies, Inc. where she works on developing virtual office application on MacOS, Windows, and VisionOS.

Xinyi Chen has 5 of years of experience in software development. Xinyi Chen was a software engineer at Meta working on Ads growth and VR products to make Quest headset more engaging.

She holds a degree in Computer Science and Engineering.

A fun fact about Xinyi: She can do 220-degree over splits.

Sanjeev Vijayaraj

Sanjeev is a Computer Science Global Talent Fellow at Open Avenues, where he works with students leading projects in Computer Science.

Sanjeev is a Founding Engineer at Plenful where he works on developing a no-code platform for health care organizations. Sanjeev has 3+ years of experience in Software Engineering. Sanjeev previously worked as a full-stack developer
and an automation infrastructure developer at Cisco. He holds a degree in Computer and Information Science specializing in Security & Privacy.

Sam Richards

Sam is a Computer Science Global Talent Fellow at Open Avenues, where he works with students leading projects in infrastructure and MLOPS.

Sam is a Software Engineer II at AdeptID where he works on infrastructure and model deployment. Sam has 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer.

Pavlo is a Computer Science Global Talent Fellow at Open Avenues, where he works with students leading projects in web development.

Pavlo is a VP of Engineering and Tech Lead at ThirdWaveRX where he works on development of project that helps health providers to manage pharmaceutical drug rebates.

Pavlo has more than 10 of years of experience in Software Development. He worked as Automated QA Engineer, Back-End software developer, Full-stack software developer and Team Lead id different areas like FinTech and Healthcare
areas.

He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Systems and Networks.

A fun fact about Pavel is that he has a twin brother and when he started working at his first job with his brother, some employees thought that Pavel and his brother were one person.

Pablo Weidmann

Pablo Wiedemann is a Computer Science Global Talent Fellow at Open Avenues, where he works with students leading projects in Computer Science, in particular Machine Learning and Generative AI.

Pablo is a co-founder and Chief Product Officer at Hypothetic Inc., a 3D Generative AI Company, where he works on developing, designing and strategizing products and features of the entire company’s offerings.

Pablo has +7 years of experience in the filed of Computer Science and Machine Learning.

He worked as a Machine Learning scientist in the fields of Computer Animation, 3D Rendering and Fluid Simulations and founded three ML companies, one of them being Hypothetic Inc.

He holds a MSc. degree in Applied Mathematics.

A fun fact about Pablo: He was a professional Parkour athlete for over 10 years, performing in over 20 countries around the world.
