OPEN AVENUES FOUNDATION
Build & the Company Employ the Fellow
Company pays Build $4000 per month. Fellow is employed by both Build & the Company and both entities manage the immigration needs.
- 5 hours per week of salary, taxes, insurance, and payroll fees related to Fellow employment
- Legal and administrative costs for visa petitioning and program onboarding
- Ongoing Build Fellowship programming
- USCIS filing fees (including premium processing)
- Ongoing compliance, refiling, extensions, amendments, and immigration support
- Support for consular processing, visa appointments, and interviews
- H-4 dependent filings
- Fellowship software
