Sanchi Jain

Sanchi is a Regulatory Affairs Fellow at Open Avenues Foundation where she leads experiential learning projects with students in clinical trials management . Sanchi is a Quality Assurance Associate at Akston Biosciences Corporation, a company designing novel fusion proteins to develop and manufacture new classes of biologic therapeutics for Type 1 diabetes (T1D) prevention, ultra-long acting insulin therapy, and vaccines. She previously worked as a Quality Systems Co-op at Paragon Bioservices, a biotech Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) that specializes in manufacturing and development of gene therapy. Prior to this, she has worked at multiple medical devices and pharmaceutical companies as Regulatory Affairs Intern on projects developing regulatory strategies for clinical trials and product approval. She has received her Master's degree in Regulatory Affairs for Drugs, Biologics and Medical Devices from Northeastern University, Boston and Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences and Technology from Institute of Chemical Technology (ICT), India.
