Ranjana Joshi

Ranjana is a Software Developer Global Talent Fellow with Open Avenues Foundation. She is currently working with ZeroStorefront, a purpose-built customer communications platform for Restaurants. As a Senior Software Engineer in Test, she primarily drives their test automation strategy and is also responsible for ensuring the quality across ZeroStorefront’s entire suite of products. She also engages with restaurant partners and customers and uses their feedback and input to build new features for the company’s SMS & WiFi platform APIs. Previously, she worked for Cognizant and spent over 7 years delivering business solutions and software transformation to global clients. Ranjana also volunteered at Outreach where she spent time teaching underprivileged and disabled (visually challenged) kids. Ranjana received her Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University in Bangalore, India. In her spare time, she likes gardening and painting.
