Carole Sioufi is the Market Research Analyst at Branchfood, Boston’s launchpad for food innovators.
She is an experienced business leader in the global chemical and food industries, where she has been focusing on innovative solutions and sustainable product development. Her experience spans a decade of management, entrepreneurship, and market research analysis in the Middle East and North American markets. Previously, Carole was a Market Research Global Talent Fellow at Open Avenues, where she led experiential learning projects with students to identify opportunities for new product development in the food and agriculture industries.
She also co-founded Aseptic, which provides sustainable cleaning programs to foodservice and hospitality institutions in Lebanon and Dubai. Carole holds an MSc. in Management & Strategy from the London School of Economics as well as an MLA in Gastronomy from Boston University.
Originally from Beirut, Lebanon, she speaks English, French, and Arabic.
In her free time, she likes to cook, read, hike, and travel.
